Welcome to the Circus by Rhonda Douglas a finalist for the Ottawa Books Awards
Rhonda Douglas’s short story collection, Welcome to the Circus, has been named a finalist for the Ottawa Fiction Book Award. The award will be presented on October 19. Congratulations to all of the finalists:
