Stuart Ross arrives in the wild west for the Cowtown launch of Buying Cigarettes for the Dog at the Palomino (109 7th Ave SW). Not only will there be readings by Helen Hajnoczky, Jonathan Ball and Stuart Ross, but there will be jugglers, food, and a bar. Come on, now. 7 p.m. Free.

June 25.09. Red Deer.
Stuart Ross reads from Buying Cigarettes for the Dog at Sunworks (4924 Ross St). Come on out, listen to a few stories, and enjoy some wine and cheese. 7 p.m. Free.

June 27.09. Edmonton.
We're having an afternoon soiree to celebrate the Edmonton launch of Buying Cigarettes for the Dog at Audrey's Books (10702 Jasper Ave). We've left you plenty of time to recover from your Friday night, and there will be snacks.... 3 p.m. Free.

July 17.09. Moose Jaw.
